The top chef in the United States is the Israeli-born James Beard Award winner Michael Solomonov. One of Solomonov's favorite places to eat in Israel is Rama's Kitchen, located in the Judean Hills outside of Jerusalem. It even featured in his documentary movie, In Search of Israeli Cuisine" [clip below]. And one of Rama's favorite dishes is her Yogurt Panna Cotta.
